About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Contracts and Compliance Counsel to join our team at Jobgether. What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end negotiation of commercial contracts including service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
• Create bespoke contracts and custom language for unique partnerships.
• Identify legal and business risks, providing clear advice to sales and operational teams.
• Utilize AI to enhance the contracting process and support operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal experts to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited institution and valid state bar membership.
• 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex technology and healthcare contracts.
• Ability to draft and redline commercial documents with precision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to balance legal protection with business growth needs.
• Willingness to handle new areas of law independently.
• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor in a team-oriented environment.
