Controlling Professional - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Controlling Professional to join Innomotics, a company dedicated to building a global Accounting Hub that supports operations across Europe, Africa, and Asia. What You'll Do

  • Manage and monitor lease contracts, ensuring financial tracking and compliance.
  • Support database administration and contribute to finance-related project management.
  • Monitor costs, revenues, and KPIs; analyze variances and trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data across all reports.
  • Perform cost center, profitability, and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements.
  • Support compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and support process improvements within the finance department.

Requirements

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes is welcomed.
  • Experience with databases, Power BI, and cost controlling analysis is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting-related processes and internal control systems.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and flexibility to support ad-hoc requirements.
  • Fluent in English and Czech is required for effective communication.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a multinational company.
  • Knowledge of S4HANA and consolidation tools.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic finance community.
