Controlling Professional - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Controlling Professional to join Innomotics, a company dedicated to building a global Accounting Hub that supports operations across Europe, Africa, and Asia. What You'll Do
- Manage and monitor lease contracts, ensuring financial tracking and compliance.
- Support database administration and contribute to finance-related project management.
- Monitor costs, revenues, and KPIs; analyze variances and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data across all reports.
- Perform cost center, profitability, and performance analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team on reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements.
- Support compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and support process improvements within the finance department.
Requirements
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes is welcomed.
- Experience with databases, Power BI, and cost controlling analysis is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting-related processes and internal control systems.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and flexibility to support ad-hoc requirements.
- Fluent in English and Czech is required for effective communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a multinational company.
- Knowledge of S4HANA and consolidation tools.
- Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic finance community.
