About the Role

What You'll Do
- Provide legal support and advice throughout the contracting process, ensuring all contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Draft, review, and adapt contracts and legal documents to minimize risks and ensure clarity in legal, economic, technical, and operational aspects.
- Coordinate the review, approval, and signing of contracts, ensuring timely delivery of supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal studies and analyses to support administrative decisions regarding contracts.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines set by the Legal Vice Presidency, maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Law.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in contract review, drafting, and management, preferably in law firms or large companies.
- Advanced knowledge of contractual matters, commercial law, and corporate best practices.
- Ability to advise and control legal risks in contracting processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
- Excellent writing and spelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
