Construction Technician - Remote Role in Real Estate Development

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Technician to join our team at Workingbees Group. This remote role in real estate development allows you to not only coordinate but also actively participate in building and enhancing our projects. You will take on responsibilities that include managing warranty cases, overseeing renovation projects, and developing a new business area focused on craftsmanship. What You'll Do

• Independently manage and control warranty cases.
• Assess, evaluate, and prioritize technical deficiencies.
• Provide operational support for renovation and expansion projects.
• Oversee construction sites during repairs, renovations, and smaller building projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, craftsmen, and internal helpers on-site.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of barrier-free and practical property solutions.
• Support technical decisions related to electrical engineering and building technology.
• Act as the internal contact for construction-related inquiries within the company.

Requirements

• Training and further education in the construction field, such as a certified construction technician or master craftsman.
• Several years of experience in renovation, expansion, and warranty management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes across various trades.
• Ability to identify deficiencies and prioritize their resolution effectively.
• Assertiveness on construction sites and clear communication with craftsmen.
• Structured, economical, and solution-oriented work ethic.
• Driver's license Class B.

• Experience in managing complex construction projects.
