Construction Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our team at Ecoworks. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our mission of achieving climate neutrality in the housing sector. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. You will play a crucial role in our efforts to save a gigaton of CO2 in the housing sector by 2045.

What You'll Do

• Monitor construction execution regarding timelines, quality, and safety standards.
• Act as the primary contact on-site for project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and tenants.
• Coordinate and compare the planned versus actual progress of installations, aligning with project management.
• Maintain a detailed construction log to document daily activities and progress.
• Participate in regular project meetings to discuss updates and address any issues.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing construction projects, particularly in residential building and renovation.
• Proven track record of working on construction sites and handling renovation projects.
• A completed vocational training, master’s title, or degree in civil engineering.
• Willingness to travel across Germany for project oversight.
• Strong knowledge of German construction law and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings effectively.

• Leadership experience in managing teams on construction sites.
