Communications Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Communications Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This Communications Specialist remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our family-run business, shaped by the Princely House of Liechtenstein's 900 years of tradition and entrepreneurial experience.

What You'll Do

  • Edit and create content across various channels, including journalistic articles for internal and external audiences.
  • Research, conceive, and edit articles, short formats, Q&As, teasers, and social snippets.
  • Ensure quality assurance regarding language, structure, tonality, and consistency from concept to publication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external authors/service providers for effective content management.
  • Participate in newsroom activities, including topic and channel planning, prioritization, and implementation of communication packages.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives with communication plans, core messages, and implementation modules.
  • Develop communication materials such as Q&As, text modules, and factsheets, managing implementation with various stakeholders.
  • Assist in press relations by developing relevant communication materials.

Requirements

  • Journalistic training or a completed university degree in communication, economics, or marketing, with substantial editorial experience.
  • Several years of experience in corporate communications/content within the financial services sector or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong editorial skills, capable of handling complex topics clearly and precisely, even under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with digital channels and publishing; knowledge of SEO/UX writing and editorial workflows is a plus.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Fluency in German at a native level and very good written and spoken English.
  • Independent, reliable, team-oriented work style with high-quality standards and a passion for collaboration.
