About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Lead - Remote to spearhead our Amiko Dispute Management initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our commercial strategy and enhancing customer engagement in the payment dispute management sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our SaaS offerings.
What You'll Do
- Lead the commercial strategy for Amiko Dispute Management, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring effective relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Utilize your expertise in payment operations and fraud recovery to enhance our service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective B2B marketing strategies and content strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the dispute management landscape.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Engage in strategic thinking to drive innovative solutions and improve customer success.
- Participate in regular learning and development sessions to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial lead role, preferably in SaaS or payment dispute management.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management.
- Proven track record in sales strategy and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Experience in coaching and developing team members.
- Familiarity with cloud computing and FaaS platforms is a plus.
