What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Manage daily coffee station operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place for the coffee station.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station in line with hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and replenishing supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is properly used, maintained, and cleaned.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Must be a natural host with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards.
• Ability to comply with safety and operational regulations.
• Demonstrate a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a barista or coffee-related role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
