- Manage a high-value, multi-track caseload from first interview through to successful resolution.
- Lead and progress complex clinical negligence claims with skill, empathy, and strategic judgment.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Identify and drive key medico-legal issues in your cases.
- Build trusted client relationships through excellent communication and first-class client-care skills.
Requirements
- Qualified clinical negligence lawyer with proven experience handling complex claims.
- Strong understanding of medico-legal issues.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills.
- Commitment to justice and high standards.
- Ability to manage a diverse multi-track caseload effectively.
