About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Nurse Manager to join our team at Southeastern Cardiology Associates. What You'll Do
- Oversee nursing staff in their daily assignments, collaborating with supervisors and team leads to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Create and implement training plans for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Plan continued education for nursing staff as required, promoting professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with the Quality/Compliance leader to meet MACRA/MIPS quality measures.
- Strategically plan workflows according to patient volume, maintaining a balance between quality care and staff workload.
- Review employee performance, providing constructive feedback and counseling as needed.
- Procure and allocate resources effectively to support nursing operations.
- Act as a liaison between nursing staff and other departments, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong clinical cardiac knowledge and experience in patient care.
- Experience in educating clinical and non-clinical staff or patients.
- Familiarity with coordinating patient care across multiple departments.
- Proficient with EMR systems and capable of troubleshooting for staff.
