Classified Solutions Director - Cybersecurity Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a Classified Solutions Director to join Northrop Grumman, a leader in cybersecurity and classified IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and execution for the Mission Systems (MS) sector. As a Classified Solutions Director remote, you will lead a diverse team and drive initiatives that align with our commitment to innovation and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead a geographically diverse team of senior managers and functional managers.
• Oversee classified program standup and ongoing execution to ensure compliance and system reliability.
• Develop and execute cost and capability strategies aligned with the Chief Information & Digital Office.
• Champion change and innovation to support continual service improvement.
• Drive technical solutions to meet customer and company requirements.
• Manage financial aspects including costs, pricing, billing, and rate structures.
• Report on metrics related to cost, performance, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience (or 12+ years with a Master's degree).
• Must have a current DoD Secret level security clearance.
• Experience managing classified environments for manufacturing and engineering programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through culture and change management initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams and driving outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Current DoD 8570 IAM level III security certification (e.g., CISSP, GSLC).
• Prior IT management experience.
• Experience leading a cybersecurity team.
