Classified Solutions Cybersecurity Manager - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Classified Solutions Cybersecurity Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a fast-paced, geographically dispersed program team of 10-15 individual contributors. As a Classified Solutions Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cybersecurity risk mitigation efforts, managing Bodies of Evidence (BoE), and conducting Security Impact Assessments (SIA) for both hardware and software. This position requires a diverse background in classified information systems security and a strong understanding of the Intelligence Community assessment and authorization process.

What You'll Do

• Lead the execution of the Digital Ecosystem Cybersecurity Strategy as outlined by leadership.
• Oversee the Cybersecurity Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management objectives.
• Manage cyber resources, including workforce planning and allocation.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
• Ensure compliance with government accreditation authorizations.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and effective performance management.
• Support the formal Security Assessment process required by the company or government customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience; Master's with 5 years; or PhD with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.
• Current DoD 8140 IAM Level III security certification.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment.
