Classified Cybersecurity Manager - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Classified Cybersecurity Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Information Systems Security Professionals (ISSO/ISSM) in a dynamic environment. As a Classified Cybersecurity Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our cyber assets against a wide spectrum of threats. Your leadership will help shape the future of cybersecurity at Northrop Grumman.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in performing assessments of systems and networks.
• Identify deviations from acceptable configurations and local policies through compliance audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Establish strict program control processes to mitigate risks and support certification and accreditation of systems.
• Implement government policies (DAAPM, JSIG, ICDs) and make recommendations on process tailoring.
• Conduct formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by government accrediting authorities.
• Document results of assessments and prepare the Body of Evidence (BoE).
• Ensure compliance with government classified Cyber Information Assurance requirements.
• Foster an inclusive culture within a diverse environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8140 compliant education and certification (minimum Security+) is required.
• Current DOD Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience in Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or similar STEM-related discipline.
• 8 years of ISSO/ISSM experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Prior leadership or management experience.
• Active Top Secret, TS/SCI, or SAP/SAR access.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
