About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Class B Route Driver to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering dairy products to various customer locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This Class B Route Driver position offers a competitive hourly wage of $32.00 and the opportunity to work with a well-respected brand in the dairy industry.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules, ensuring safety practices are followed.
  • Deliver pre-ordered or special order products to customers, including schools and grocery stores, according to the assigned route schedule.
  • Load and unload products at designated stops, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, resolving complaints and reporting issues to management.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately, including delivery tickets and vehicle service reports.

Requirements

  • Valid Class B CDL license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Ability to lift and carry products as needed during deliveries.
  • Experience operating commercial vehicles is preferred.
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts and flexible hours.
