Civil Works Supervisor - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Works Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Igneo Ingeniería Sostenible. This Civil Works Supervisor remote position offers the opportunity to oversee civil works projects, ensuring technical compliance, quality, timelines, and safety standards are met. As part of a multinational leader in sustainable engineering solutions, you will engage in high-impact projects across Spain and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Directly supervise civil works on-site, including foundations, channels, and special foundations.
• Manage contractors and coordinate daily activities on-site.
• Ensure quality control and safety during project execution.
• Collaborate in preparing progress reports and daily logs.
• Act as a liaison with the technical office and resolve on-site issues.

Requirements

• Professional training in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil works for electrical substations or similar projects.
• Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel.
• Knowledge of technical regulations, occupational risk prevention, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and project control software is a plus.
