What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, focusing on our signature handcrafted sourdough pizzas.
• Ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently during service.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for our guests.
• Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
• Engage with customers and provide exceptional service when required.

Requirements

• Positive and engaging personality with a big smile.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic knife skills and experience in a busy kitchen preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
