Chef de Partie - Remote Culinary Role

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The International, one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Netherlands. This remote Chef de Partie role offers you the chance to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile, thanks to your exceptional cooking and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our menu independently, demonstrating your culinary expertise.
• Work both in our restaurant kitchen and on the golf course, creating delightful small dishes for golfers.
• Collaborate with the head chef to develop new seasonal dishes and event-specific menus.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.
• Manage kitchen operations during busy periods, maintaining composure and efficiency.
• Participate in exclusive events, preparing multi-course dinners and appetizers for high-profile guests.
• Adapt to varying work rhythms based on seasonal demands and weather conditions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, with a passion for cooking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle stress effectively.
• Flexibility to work long hours during peak seasons and enjoy time off during quieter periods.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fine dining or event catering.
• Knowledge of seasonal ingredients and menu planning.
• Certification in culinary arts or related field.
