What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the standards of our restaurant.
• Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring a variety of options for our guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for food and a desire to continually learn and improve.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Culinary qualifications or certifications.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food allergies.
