About the Role

We are looking for a Ceremony Master to join our compassionate team at Seleste. This Ceremony Master remote position offers a unique opportunity to provide support and guidance to families during their most challenging times. You will play a crucial role in coordinating funeral ceremonies with respect and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist families in organizing funeral ceremonies, ensuring their needs and wishes are met.
• Coordinate the flow of ceremonies, including cremation or burial, while maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere.
• Provide reassuring support to families throughout the ceremony process.
• Collaborate with institutional and religious representatives to ensure a smooth and respectful organization of ceremonies.
• Participate in administrative tasks related to the ceremonies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating empathy and strong listening skills.
• Ability to manage emotions professionally, especially in sensitive situations.
• Organized and meticulous, capable of effectively coordinating various stakeholders to ensure ceremonies run smoothly.
• Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.

• Experience in customer service or support roles.
• Knowledge of funeral services and related practices.
