We are seeking a talented Catering Chef to join our dynamic team at Genusshandwerk. As a Catering Chef, you will be responsible for producing our catering menus and buffets to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish reflects our commitment to quality and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Produce catering menus and buffets at the highest level of culinary excellence.
• Provide operational support for our catering events on-site, ensuring a smooth workflow during events.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain uncompromising product and service quality.
• Support our two-hat kitchen in Gleisdorf, contributing your culinary skills and creativity.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintain a safe kitchen environment.

Requirements

• A completed culinary training as a chef.
• Experience in catering or similar fields is preferred.
• A genuine passion for culinary arts and a desire for diverse challenges.
• Strong enthusiasm for high-quality, regional ingredients.
• Excellent command of the German language.
