Caregiver - Remote Position for Seniors

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at New Wave Home Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to our clients in the Inland Empire, ensuring they receive the highest quality of service in their golden years.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and support to seniors, including assistance with daily living activities.
• Ensure safety and comfort for clients, particularly those with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other age-related conditions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering trust and support.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.

Requirements

• 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license or State ID is necessary.
• HCA Registration (we can assist with this).
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor.
• Fluency in English or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Current TB Test (preferred).
• Experience with Hoyer Lift (specific to client needs).
