C&E Sales Executive - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a C&E Sales Executive remote position at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a C&E Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets while maintaining the high standards of our prestigious hotel. What You'll Do

• Support the sales team by managing day-to-day inquiries and event coordination.
• Follow hotel sales processes, conduct hotel show rounds, and manage customer entertaining.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all pre-planning details with customers.
• Create detailed event function sheets to ensure client requirements are met.
• Engage in general call handling to discuss event details and handle objections effectively.
• Conduct face-to-face site visits and menu tastings with clients.
• Assist in booking and attending client pre and post-event meetings.
• Cover phone lines during busy periods to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a mid to large hotel sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical with outstanding attention to detail.
• Computer literate with experience in hotel PMS (e.g., Delphi & Opera).
• Sales-focused and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible and capable of working well within a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in event management.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational skills.
