Business Travel Consultant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Travel Consultant - Remote to join Patterson Group. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and the company, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your primary mission will be to manage travel requests, clarify client inquiries, and provide exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Manage and advise clients on their travel needs.
• Follow up on travel requests and provide quotes.
• Sell tickets and manage reservations efficiently.
• Create tailored travel offers based on client specifications.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel process.

Requirements

• Education in Tourism or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Amadeus or similar travel management systems.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other international languages is a plus.
• A dynamic and hardworking individual with a passion for travel.
