Business & Talent Operations Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Business & Talent Operations Specialist - Remote to join our team at Monprofildata. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a community of highly qualified data experts, including Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists. Your mission will be to help companies quickly find the right talent while offering freelancers exciting projects that resonate with their skills and aspirations.

What You'll Do

• Act as a Community Manager, becoming the voice and direct link with our community of experts. You will reach out to freelancers to understand their availability, skills, and expectations.
• Support Sales by participating directly in commercial growth, qualifying client needs, matching missions with freelancers, preparing commercial proposals, and tracking opportunities in our CRM.
• Engage in Talent Acquisition by sourcing new freelance data specialists through LinkedIn and other platforms, prequalifying candidates, and participating in the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
• Coordinate and organize events, including logistical planning, managing service providers, budget tracking, and preparing materials for the event day.
• Maintain community engagement through regular interactions with freelancers, gathering their needs, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere around events.
• Communicate and promote events by drafting content for posts, newsletters, and invitations, highlighting events on social media, and managing registrations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, HR, communications, or a related field.
• Comfortable with interpersonal communication, dynamic, and curious.
• Interest in freelancing, technology, or data.
• Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
• Previous experience in sales or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with data analytics concepts.
• Event management experience.
