Business Support Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective decision-making within the External Integration Services organization. As a Business Support Specialist remote, you will assist in coordinating projects and initiatives, managing deadlines, and maintaining thorough documentation and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Support the Head of External Integration Services, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Coordinate initiatives and support managers within the EIS department.
• Facilitate clear communication channels for ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on deadlines and dependencies.
• Maintain education materials and prepare reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to execute tasks effectively.
• Strong planning, organization, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
• Experience working in a global environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology is advantageous.

• Experience in a logistics or transport setting.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Fluency in additional languages.
