Business Marketing Lead - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Marketing Lead to join the Monad Foundation in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance the impact of decentralized technology. Your expertise in business marketing will be essential as we work to promote our innovative blockchain solutions.

What You'll Do

• Drive business marketing execution across BD’s highest-priority deals, maintaining a live view of the pipeline and identifying co-marketing opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market (GTM) activations with external partners, managing co-branded campaigns and shared announcements.
• Build the content infrastructure needed for business development, including newsletters, website resources, and sales materials.
• Measure outcomes rigorously, tracking which co-marketing programs drive results and where time is best spent.
• Operate effectively across geographies and time zones, managing asynchronous workstreams and maintaining clear communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing, preferably in a SaaS or crypto environment.
• Proven experience in running co-marketing programs with external stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex technical products into compelling narratives for business executives.
• Empirical mindset with a focus on defining success metrics and tracking outputs.
• Fluency in AI tools and strong prompting skills to leverage automation and systems.
• High agency and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the crypto landscape and comfort operating in technical spaces.
