Business Intelligence Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our data and analytics team in a fully remote capacity. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with end users to gather and define business requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models for reporting and analytics.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau Cloud.
• Ensure data accuracy through ongoing auditing, validation, and quality checks.
• Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and business insights.
• Train users on dashboard functionality and reporting tools.
• Work with data warehouse teams to integrate and optimize data sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, building out and maintaining production dashboards, published datasets, and designing or owning data models.
• Experience validating data accuracy and troubleshooting discrepancies reported by business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools.
