Business Development Representative - Remote Opportunities
About the Role
We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team at Crisp. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while driving pipeline growth and engaging with clients across the United States. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their needs and communicating the value of Crisp's innovative solutions.
What You'll Do
- Engage and qualify inbound leads through immediate outreach via phone calls, personalized emails, and SMS.
- Proactively source new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, including cold calls and LinkedIn messaging.
- Sell tickets to Crisp events, such as Million Dollar Days.
- Convert initial prospect interest into scheduled Strategy Sessions for Account Executives.
- Maintain a high volume of outreach activities, completing 80-100+ daily interactions.
- Utilize consultative discovery techniques to build rapport and identify genuine client needs.
- Keep thorough records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot CRM.
- Follow up on scheduled Strategy Sessions to maximize attendance and support pipeline effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in our Atlanta, GA office 5 days a week or be willing to relocate.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales or business development roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently hit targets.
- Comfortable communicating with C-level executives and business owners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of outreach activities daily.
- A coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.

- Formal sales training or experience with methodologies like Sandler, Challenger, or MEDDIC.
