Business Development Manager - Treatment Mixers (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager - Treatment Mixers (Remote) to join our team at Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable business growth for our Flygt Mixer product line, working with a highly skilled team dedicated to innovative and sustainable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage regional Mixer business sales targets and budget.
• Lead front-end project sales and drive specifications through consultants and engineers.
• Develop, own, and grow the regional sales funnel and channel strategy.
• Manage and support indirect sales channels and partners to help them achieve their targets.
• Act as a regional product expert, providing market, pricing, and competitive insights.
• Monitor business and market conditions, defining actions and countermeasures to achieve financial targets.
• Conduct product-related market research and collaborate closely with the global Product Management team.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop regional and local launch plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the water technology sector.
• Strong understanding of market requirements and competitive positioning.
• Ability to conduct market research and customer visits effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with product launches and training.
