Business Development Manager - North American Region (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Toobit, focusing on the North American region. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with key affiliates, KOLs, and trading partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing our regional user base and driving high-quality traffic to our platform.

What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and manage top-performing affiliates and trading agents to enhance our market presence.
• Develop custom incentive plans aimed at boosting affiliate performance and engagement.
• Act as a representative of Toobit, maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to foster long-term cooperation.
• Oversee the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing channel cooperation results to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Coordinate local promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility and user acquisition.
• Stay updated on global industry developments, trends, and competitor movements, strategizing corresponding actions to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business development or affiliate marketing within the crypto industry.
• Familiarity with user acquisition models and trading behaviors.
• Experience working with agents/KOLs and a solid understanding of referral rebate systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated patience and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work well under pressure and a strong focus on execution.
