About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team at Nethermind, focusing on Web3 Security Audits. As a Business Development Associate, you will leverage Nethermind Security’s engineering expertise to drive the adoption and development of decentralized systems. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Blockchain technology.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Web3 space.
• Generate leads and negotiate deals to drive growth for Nethermind Security’s Business Unit.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market dynamics.
• Build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Engage with projects across various ecosystems, including Ethereum and Starknet.
• Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and reference materials.
• Invent new value propositions to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with marketing on lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in sales, particularly in the Web3 sector.
• Experience selling security services and products is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and lead generation with measurable results.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to generate and acquire new leads autonomously.
• Strong network within the Web3 space, including Ethereum and other Layer 2 solutions.
• Good knowledge of Blockchain technology and the crypto space.
• Data-savvy with an understanding of sales, marketing, and operational metrics.

• Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
• Familiarity with formal verification and security audits.
