About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Harri, focusing on AI and automation solutions. This Sales Consultant role offers the chance to work remotely and influence the application of cutting-edge technology at a massive scale.

What You'll Do

• Act as a client-facing consultant, translating real-world operations data into AI-driven models and playbooks.
• Design and deploy sophisticated labor models using Harri's Activity-Based Scheduling (ABS).
• Lead R&D workstreams to advance our platform from decision-support to full decision-automation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on labor optimization and scheduling autonomy during client engagements.
• Conduct independent research to prototype and improve AI methods, creating scalable playbooks from successful experiments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or MBA with 5+ years in Professional Services or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep hands-on experience with labor forecasting, wage modeling, and compliance tuning.
• Proven executive presence with strong C-level communication skills.
• Fluency in AI concepts, including prompt design and interpreting model outputs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving independent research and client-facing experiments.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to POS/HRIS/payroll integrations.
• Familiarity with US & UK labor compliance.
