What You'll Do

• Lead strategic initiatives to shape the overall strategy and drive operational excellence.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer experience initiatives.
• Oversee model governance, version control, and data integrity across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Automate and streamline reporting workflows using SQL and Python to improve efficiency.
• Own and enhance complex Google Sheets-based models, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and design dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or related fields.
• Experience working at a tech company is essential.
• A degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar domain.
• Expertise in SQL queries, ETL processes, and A/B Testing.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems quickly.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them independently.
• Preferred experience with building AI models.

• Experience in support strategy.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis.
