About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Launch Manager to join our team at AJ Media. As a Brand Launch Manager, you will consolidate responsibilities around administrative and merchant setup work, website quality assurance, and brand portfolio risk monitoring. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless brand launch process, acting as the single accountable owner who can run brand launches end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Oversee brand administration and merchant setup, ensuring precision in documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to gather and submit all required documentation on time.
- Manage Shopify site builds, ensuring all integrations are tested and functional before launch.
- Conduct pre-launch quality assurance using structured checklists to ensure all aspects of the brand site are operational.
- Monitor brand portfolio health, flagging any risks and recommending actions to maintain balance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or eCommerce operations, with a strong focus on execution.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with specific examples of your work.
- Intermediate experience with Shopify, capable of briefing developers and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to create checklists and standard operating procedures independently.
- Excellent written communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teams.
