Bot Developer - Conversational AI Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Bot Developer to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a Bot Developer in the CAI Development Squad, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our chat and voice bots to meet customer needs. This Bot Developer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our Conversational AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, train, and optimize chat and voice bots to address customer needs.
• Implement new features, including external application integrations.
• Enhance Generative AI applications such as FAQ and Knowledge Base Systems.
• Drive the innovation pillar within the CAI Bot Development Center of Excellence.
• Train bot Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models and analyze bot performance.
• Provide project estimations and solution ideas to mitigate risks and achieve revenue targets.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and guidelines.
• Design and deliver training programs for team members and customers.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Programming proficiency in Python and/or NodeJS and JavaScript.
• Experience in designing and developing chat and voice bots.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI applications.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English; German and/or Spanish are a plus.
• Experience working with international teams in a multicultural environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Conversational AI platforms like Cognigy, IBM Watson, Google Dialogflow.
• Knowledge of integration techniques with third-party systems.
• Basic understanding or exposure to AI tools.
