About the Role

We are seeking a talented Blockchain Application Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. As a Blockchain Application Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our applications in production.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure the application is running smoothly in production and manage non-production environments such as pre-production and staging.
  • Collaborate closely with application and infrastructure engineers to understand deployment processes and application features.
  • Apply fixes, improvements, or optimizations to applications and infrastructure as needed.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and triage application alerts and issues to maintain uptime and scalability.
  • Engage in incident and problem management, ensuring thorough follow-ups on resolutions.
  • Continuously improve monitoring tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing and audits to ensure system reliability.
  • Support and maintain blockchain infrastructure, leveraging DevOps knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, JavaScript, Node.js, or Golang.
  • Experience in supporting applications with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable analyzing logs and identifying anomalies or inconsistencies.
  • Strong curiosity and desire to troubleshoot problems and communicate findings effectively.
  • Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Experience with container infrastructures (Kubernetes, Docker Compose) and logging tools (Fluentd, ElasticSearch, Kibana).
