About the Role

Join Spring Health as a Benefits and Leave Specialist - Remote and play a pivotal role in transforming mental healthcare. Our mission is to eliminate barriers to mental health, and we need your analytical skills and empathy to support our employees effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing clear and empathetic guidance on benefits and leave policies.
  • Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and supplementary benefit programs by collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end journey of enrollments, life events, and terminations with precision.
  • Lead the Annual Open Enrollment event, designing communication materials to help employees make informed choices.
  • Audit invoices and maintain compliance with ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist in administering the leave of absence process for a seamless employee experience.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure reasonable accommodations are provided to all employees.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement improvements for a world-class benefits experience.

Requirements

  • 3-8 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of US benefit plans and HR policies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience administering reasonable accommodations.
  • Knowledge of employment law and workplace compliance standards.
  • Passion for learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
