About the Role

We are hiring a Barista for the 2026 season at Porto Giardino, located in Monopoli, Italy. As a Barista, you will ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction while preparing a variety of beverages. What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of quality in beverage preparation.
• Prepare coffee, cocktails, and light snacks for guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of coffee machines and bar equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista.
• Preferred: diploma from a hospitality school or barista training course.
• Valid HACCP certification.
• Proficient in coffee preparation and café products.
• Good command of the English language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a dynamic, flexible attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to cleanliness and presentation of the uniform and equipment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
