• Evaluate and refine agency proposals to ensure cohesive, high-quality campaign delivery.
• Create and activate clear communications, monitor deployment, and optimize trade programs based on performance insights.
• Engage with an end-to-end global B2B digital ecosystem, gaining exposure to international markets and platforms.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to accelerate go-to-market strategies and maximize efficiency through digital tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital campaigns, communication, and technology-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn by doing.
• Well-organized fast learners who see no boundaries.
• Team player with confidence to share ideas and collaborate across functions.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in digital marketing or related internships.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Basic knowledge of data analytics.
