What You'll Do

• Conduct financial and demographic data queries and market analysis.
• Execute manual valuations using our internal tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Calibrate and supervise valuation results, providing clear visualizations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Leverage coding knowledge (Python, R) to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate valuation or data analysis.
• Familiarity with automated valuation models (AVMs).
• Understanding of market trends in real estate.
