AVM Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an AVM Analyst to join our dynamic team at Accumin Intelligence. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with leading specialists in Real Estate and Data, focusing on automated valuations regulated by the Bank of Spain. As an AVM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data and creating digital products that drive our mission to become the leader in real estate data supply.

What You'll Do

• Conduct financial and demographic data queries and market analysis.
• Execute manual valuations using our internal tools, calibrating and supervising results.
• Visualize and present valuation results to clients, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Collaborate with team members on various real estate data projects.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and potentially Python or R for process automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Knowledge of coding (Python, R) is a plus for automating processes.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication abilities and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate data analysis.
• Familiarity with automated valuation models (AVM).
• Previous work in a data-driven environment.
