About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Receptionist - Service remote to join our team at Allen Honda. As a family-owned dealership since 1954, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers. This is a full-time position based in College Station, Texas, where you will play a vital role in our Service Department.
What You'll Do
- Answer dealership group phones and greet customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department and notify the relevant personnel of their arrival.
- Work collaboratively with sales and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate professionally with callers and visitors, providing them with necessary information.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Punctuality and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential.
