About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team at Havas Media Group Spain. This Project Manager remote position offers the opportunity to develop and implement effective communication strategies for our diverse client portfolio. You will play a crucial role in managing public relations, enhancing reputations, and strengthening media relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, reports, and other communication materials.
• Identify and establish strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and opinion leaders.
• Manage and respond to media inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze sentiment to assess the success of PR campaigns.
• Organize press events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, advertising, and social media teams to ensure message consistency.
• Advise clients on best communication practices and crisis management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in public relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a public relations role, preferably in an agency.
• Excellent command of Spanish and English, both oral and written.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong media relationships.
• Experience in crisis management and strategic communication.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and data analysis.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the Spanish and Latin American media landscape is a plus.
