Automotive Maintenance Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Maintenance Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations for our fleet, ensuring compliance with national traffic regulations and corporate standards. This position is crucial for maintaining the safety and availability of our assets, including both fleet and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and ensure that the fleet meets established standards as per national traffic regulations and corporate policies.
• Plan, control, and efficiently execute the scheduling of maintenance events within the Operational Unit to guarantee asset safety and availability.
• Develop and maintain an appropriate stock of spare parts for various equipment based on usage and consumption analysis.
• Identify and streamline procedures for improving processes in the commercial maintenance area to optimize resources and time.
• Assess training needs and manage the implementation of programs for the effective execution of maintenance activities.
• Support the follow-up of corrective maintenance performed in nearby workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet and infrastructure maintenance processes.
• Technical knowledge in budget management, vehicle maintenance, and inventory rotation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with fleet management software.
• Certifications in maintenance management.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
