About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Audit Coordinator Intern to join our team at QIMA. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the auditing profession while working remotely. As an Audit Coordinator Intern, you will assist in managing supplier audits, focusing on social, environmental, and technical aspects. This role does not involve financial auditing and is designed for individuals eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing all audit bookings, ensuring they are arranged and confirmed accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to and process email inquiries related to audits within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Help coordinate with suppliers and factories to schedule audits, confirming essential details such as location, date, and organization in advance.
  • Actively participate in the execution of audits, ensuring that all tasks are carried out smoothly and according to the established schedule.
  • Assist in handling inquiries and requests from customers, suppliers, and factories, providing clear and timely responses under the guidance of senior auditors.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure appropriate auditors are assigned to each booking and assist in managing expenses to stay within budget.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in International Business, Trade, Relations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer application software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in English.
  • Prior work experience is not required, although any relevant experience will be considered an asset.
