Associate Technical Producer - Cinematics (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Technical Producer - Cinematics (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Blizzard Entertainment. In this role, you will support the Technology organization in Story and Franchise Development (SFD / Blizzard Cinematics) by managing communication, documentation, and administrative workflows that enable technical leaders and engineers to focus on delivering exceptional cinematic experiences. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at follow-through, and takes pride in keeping teams aligned and informed.

What You'll Do

• Support the VP of Cinematics and Technology Production manager in various projects.
• Assist the Senior Technical Producer on critical path projects.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring concise and comprehensive notes are taken for distribution and follow-up.
• Manage calendars for tech leadership, including setting up meetings and confirming attendance.
• Help manage team information infrastructure using tools like Jira, Confluence, and project schedules.
• Organize team events and conferences, ensuring smooth execution.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including timecards and expense reports.
• Occasionally assist with meal orders for lunch meetings.

Requirements

• Persistent self-motivation and a hardworking “can-do” attitude.
• Experience with project management and documentation software, including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate about highly technical subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to take clear notes, track action items, and follow through to completion.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in animation production for TV, feature film, or games.
• Familiarity with CG and VFX software, pipelines, workflows, and processes.
• Knowledge of Blizzard games and franchises.
• Familiarity with Flow production tracking software.
• Experience in a coordination, production, operations, or administrative role.
