Associate eLearning Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate eLearning Developer to join our team at BlackRock. As an Associate eLearning Developer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our training and development programs.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging eLearning content that aligns with our training objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize various eLearning tools and technologies to create interactive learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Support the Learning & Development team in coordinating externally-developed training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in eLearning development or instructional design.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Previous experience in a corporate training environment.
