Associate Director of Business Process - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring an Associate Director of Business Process to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. This remote opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery while working flexibly from home or in our Dublin or Letterkenny offices. As an Associate Director of Business Process, you will lead the design, delivery, and management of business processes that enhance operational efficiency and improve health outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end business process design and management for the Clinical Solutions Data Operations team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing processes and develop new ones to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
• Utilize strong organizational and planning skills to create and execute detailed project plans.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Adapt project approaches in response to unforeseen changes, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Identify and manage risks while developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Facilitate organizational change through training and communication, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to influence and lead across various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience in leading data quality initiatives and audit processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in business analysis and project/change management.
• Working knowledge of the US healthcare industry is preferred.
• Post-graduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
