Associate Developer Experience Engineer - Remote Role at Camunda

About the Role

Join us as an Associate Developer Experience Engineer in a fully remote role at Camunda. This position is pivotal in enhancing the developer experience for users of our Camunda 8 stack. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving APIs and creating development tools that empower developers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of SDKs and development tools for Camunda 8, focusing on languages such as C#, Java, and Typescript.
• Setup automated QA for client artifacts to ensure user-facing guarantees are met, including public API guarantees.
• Actively participate in extending existing SDKs and improving client libraries, adding quality-of-life improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to achieve common goals.
• Advocate for developers internally, ensuring that the tools and experiences we provide meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Experience writing code in C#, Java, and/or Typescript.
• Ability to work asynchronously and independently, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative.
• Willingness to engage with our product and contribute to its improvement.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams across various locations.
• A passion for enhancing the developer experience and a desire to make a significant impact in the industry.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BPMN products.
• Familiarity with Python.
