As an Associate Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting eToro USA’s compliance initiatives. This position is integral to our compliance program, ensuring that we meet regulatory obligations while promoting the firm’s growth and reputation for integrity.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Compliance Manager with the administration of the Firm’s compliance program for its money service business (MSB), digital asset business, and broker dealer (BD) operations.
• Support the compliance team in conducting compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Help in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics.
• Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the Firm’s operations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services, particularly in the digital asset space.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
